Peg was born in Portland, Oregon and is a graduate of the Museum Art School, where she fell in love with bookmaking and calligraphy.
As a lifelong learner, she continues to study calligraphy, and has studied with artists such as Marilyn Worrix, Carol DuBosch, and Gemma Black.
In 2010 Peg organized the first Washington County Artists Open Studios event with 17 studeo artists. This has grown to over 40 studio and gallery participants. More information can be found at http://washcoart.org
